Consumer electronics giant LG’s broad range of products in various categories have a huge range of exciting features and technical innovations. However, LG does not sell direct, and so sales are entirely reliant on retail partner’s staff being educated and incentivised to sell their products for them.
In 2014 we created the LG Lounge – a website purposely built to effectively and efficiently enthuse sales people across multiple different channels to favour LG when engaging with consumers. With changes in the way that people now consume information we have recently transferred the website to an app, allowing users to access LG Lounge whenever and wherever it suits them.

LG Lounge
The LG Lounge App is a more intuitive and accessible platform for its users to engage with, giving them an enhanced experience that works across all devices whether online or offline.
The content includes an extensive range of modules and quizzes on individual products or features to help build a deep understanding of what makes LG’s products different. Split across four difficulty levels, each completed module awards points to the user and takes them higher up the leaderboard. There are also regular competitions and games that focus on new launches or promotions, with the opportunity for users to win great prizes.
Users also have access to LG’s full product list with detailed specifications for each product and a comparison function that highlights key differences between selected products.
