Make it Matter award winners announced

B&D’s annual internal awards – voted exclusively by our staff – celebrate team members who best embody the agency’s core values.

This year’s winners come from almost every area of the business.

Georgina Flowers – Senior Account Manager

John Henderson – Junior Motion Designer

Lisa Kingman – Accounts Assistant

Clare Benson – Account Director

Finally, winner of the Grand Prize was Senior Designer Daniel Forni. He was praised for his work ethic, attitude and the quality of the projects he works on.

The Make it Matter awards have now run for four years, with the prizes and winners being entirely voted for by the staff – no senior management involved. It encourages the team to be vocal about the amazing work they do day-to-day and championing the quiet, heads-down, hard workers who make our headline achievements possible.
